Hatha yoga attempts to balance mind and body via physical postures, purification practices, controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation.
 
A typical lesson lasts 90 minutes and consists of:
 
ASANA: Body poses that strengthen, stretch and restore the body, develop flexibility and melt away the daily stress. They enforce all functional systems of your body in a stress-reducing practice. They improve the body's physical health and clear the mind.
PRANAYAMA: breathing techniques seeking to lengthen control and regulate the breath.
RELAXATION: One of the easiest and most enjoyable techniques of Satyananda Yoga. It gradually relaxes all aspects of true Self, physical, mental and sentimental.

The challenges of each day are numerous and stressful. Challenges at work, social ones or within the family.

Meditation is the most active, flexible and joyful way to cope with all these challenges.

Each daily session lasts 90 minutes and takes place in a cosy atmosphere or by the seaside. You will be motivated by all the beauties of the Kefallonias island and sea .

It nurtures the desire of self discipline and promotes mental stability through a full – body work out. Through Ashtanga Yoga a person can achieve total unity of body, mind and spirit in the deepest level.
 
A typical lesson lasts 90 minutes and consists of:
 
WARM UP: the warm up session relaxes and stretches the muscles of the body in order to achieve optimum muscle flexibility before the main program.
MAIN PROGRAM: A series of Yoga poses synchronizing one’s breathing patterns to each movement and through intention, meditation, pranayama and asanas the students are taken to a small trip into the inner self where they experience themselves through careful planning and energy reading. The result is a strong sense of inner peace and concentration.
RELAXATION: The last part of the practice which results in the improvement of the body’s natural strength and health. The lessons are a physical and mental challenge and are delivered in English and Sanskrit
