A variety of horse riding activities for beginners or experienced riders on well trained, sure footed Haflinger Horses are provided through safe trails to bring you close to the Kefalonian nature.

Apart from equestrian activities, lessons and training in dressage and jumping can take place, all personally supervised by the owner, a qualified F.N. German Horse Riding Teacher

"Koulourata- Tsanetata"

Duration: 1 ½- 2 hours Level: Easy

Starting form Koulourata, the basis of the stables, you enter old donkey trails through the hill with a beautiful view over the islands. Going through the old village of Tsanetata, ruined by the 1953 earthquake you ride among olive and fruit threes and back to the stable ! The ride is suitable for experienced or beginners

Duration: 3 hours / Level: Moderate
 
You start from Koulourata and go on riding through four traditional villages: Tsanetata, Zervata, Grizata and Mousakata, all ruined from the earthquake with a great history. Alternatively you start from Koulourata and go on climbing upwards the hill over Sami and into 2.000-3.000 years old olive trees and the lush vegetation of the area. You arrive to a point with a fantastic view over Ithaka and Lefkas. The rides are suitable for experienced or beginners.

Duration: 4 hours / Level: Moderate
 
You launch from Koulourata and ride down the olive grove until the Karavomilos beach. You stop for a break and only the very experienced riders can take theis horses to swim with. After that you go back to the stable over the mountais again enjoying the very beautiful sea view. The ride is suitable for experienced or beginners apart from the swimming part of it.
