"Sami – Monastery of Ag. Fanentes" ( approx. 120 min) /  Level: easy

We begin from Sami and start climbing upwards through a foot path.
On the way we find retaining walls as well as view points of the settlement of Sami and Karavomilos. We continue and are leading towards the monastery of Ag. Fanentes and Kyatis, which is the Hellenistic acropolis. We then reach the ruined church of Ag. Nikolaos and a little further the spring where we can satisfy our thirst.
The whole path is through bushes, pine trees and oaks. The view offered is unforgettable.

"Monastery of Themata – Karavomilos" ( approx. 180 min)  / Level: medium

We start from a beautiful location of Mountain Agia Dynati, at the Monastery of Themata, which offers a great view.
We walk through Vlachata – which is the old village of Karavomilos left from the earthquake of 1953. Then we go through Poulata and in many cases come across with flocks of sheep and goats.
Most of the trail is on a dirt road.
Before ending up at Karavomilos we can visit Melissani cave.

"Sami – Ancient Acropolis- Antisamos Beach" ( approx. 180 min) / Level: medium-hard

We begin from Sami and start climbing upwards.
Following the path we go through thick vegetation. The whole area is full of ruins from the ancient city and retaining walls. Half way of the trail we arrive at the ancient Acropolis of Sami. Its wall from the classical and Hellenistic periods is very impressive. At that point we can enjoy a most rewarding view of Sami and its gulf.
The tour in Acropolis may last about 15 min. Then we follow a part of an asphalt road to reach the trail down to Antisamos Beach. The path is through very thick vegetation. It may be a little hard going downwards but the beach of Antisamos is really a good prize.
